Denver established the Sino Australia culture exchange group (SACEG) in 2005 and is the CEO. The group now comprises several companies having grown from providing travel and visa services to international students within Australia and for those relocating to Australia. Over the last twelve years, the group is involved in the business of various industries, including education, immigration, tourism, trade, and cultural activities.

Vincent’s legal experience encompasses administrative and migration law, civil litigation, and maritime law. Today he is Principal of his former practice Hencent & Day Lawyers and a Partner of Auyeung Hencent & Day. He is renowned for his commercial sense in representing his clients, and has either won or successfully settled all of his litigation matters in the high courts.
In his commercial practice, Vincent has acted in many larger scale business transactions and operations including acting as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to an ASX Listed company and as legal adviser to numerous renewable energy firms. Vincent has also been practicing in the area of Migration Law since 2004 and has obtained many general skilled migration and employer based work visas for his clients. He specialises in working for small to mid-size businesses that need expertise in substantiating their immigration case.
Vincent is also a Notary Public and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
